Privacy Policy

Last updated: June 2026 · gadielanalytics.com

This policy explains what limited data gadielanalytics.com collects, why, and the choices you have. The site is a personal professional platform operated by Gadiel Guadarrama. It does not sell products, run advertising, or build user profiles.

1. What is collected

The only data collection on this site is privacy-respecting web analytics through Google Analytics 4 (property G-K3E960WGND), with analytics cookies enabled only after you accept through the preferences controls. Before acceptance or when declined, Google Consent Mode may send cookieless measurement signals. If you decline or ignore the banner, Google Analytics runs in a cookieless mode that sends only aggregated, anonymized signals — no cookies and no identifiers are stored on your device.

When analytics consent is granted, the following may be collected:

No names, email addresses, or contact details are collected by the site itself. When you email hello@gadielanalytics.com, that correspondence is handled directly and is not part of any analytics processing.

2. Cookies

You can withdraw analytics consent using Privacy choices in the footer. You may also clear site cookies in your browser, which removes the analytics cookies and resets the banner.

This site uses Google Consent Mode v2. All analytics storage defaults to denied until you explicitly accept, and you can change your choice at any time using Privacy choices in the footer. Advertising storage remains denied.

Google LLC participates in the EU–US Data Privacy Framework, providing an adequacy basis under GDPR for transfers of data to Google's US infrastructure.

4. Retention

Google Analytics data is retained at the property's configured retention period (14 months recommended). The ga_consent cookie expires after one year unless you clear it sooner.
